瞬间与永恒 (序一)
溶岩飞瀑流花，
穿林奇景堪夸，
游人如水潇洒，
艳阳光下，
看珠帘挂山崖。
这是一首题咏九寨沟风光照片《飞瀑流花》的诗作，作者和摄影者都出自一人。要问此人是谁，他就是资深的能源专家儒商蒲自庆先生。
蒲自庆，1944年9月出生在一个普通劳动人家，从小备受生活的艰辛，学生时代品学兼优，重庆大学本科毕业后，先后在企业、事业单位、政府机关工作，是重庆市第二届人大代表和市人大财经委员。他现任重庆燃气集团有限责任公司的董事长兼总经理，担任了中国城市燃气协会的副理事长、重庆市燃气协会的常务副理事长、中国能源研究会常务理事等多项社会职务，主笔编写《重庆市能源发展战略规划》，编辑出版《节能与环保》、《中国与欧共体、日本能源应用对比研究》等。在能源应用研究方面多次获省、部级重大科技奖项，并出席第一届中国科学大会。他现在任职的公司，与时俱进，好戏连台，成为全国同行业之翘楚。依附形体而显现的精神，谓之魂魄，作为国有大型一档企业，重庆市30家优势扩张型企业之一的重庆燃气集团公司，最可宝贵的精神，就是开拓和不断创新！倡导并彰显这种精神的魂魄人物，正是公司董事长兼总经理蒲自庆。他对燃气行业和燃气企业的社会定位和经营理念的认知，引导燃气公司走向了良性发展，取得两个文明建设双丰收的硕果。
蒲自庆酷爱摄影艺术，一有空隙就孜孜不倦潜心研读摄影书籍和画册，在感悟人生的哲理思想下，深入社会生活领域的各个层面，不断实践和探索，去获得真知和完善自我。
凭他浓厚兴趣和执著的追求，凭他深厚的文化功底和敏锐的悟性，短短几年便在摄影艺术的探索和实践中获得丰硕成果。2001年春，重庆市摄影家协会成功地为他举办了个人摄影展，重庆市多家媒体作了报道，专家和观众都给予了好评。在这前后还有不少作品获得省、市比赛的金牌、银牌。摄影是“目击者”的艺术，不亲临其境断无获取。他善于利用空隙时间和出差猎取机会，捕捉拍摄对象，沉重的照相器材总是随身携带，插空拍上几张，遇上节日黄金周，更是他“疯狂扫射”之时。经常起早贪黑，清晨，人们和同伴还在熟睡，他早已迎着曙光觅摄风光去了。
画册里拍摄于美国、加拿大、意大利、俄罗斯、乌克兰、澳大利亚、菲律宾、新加坡、马来西亚、朝鲜等国的美丽有趣的图片，是得来不易的，让人看了眼睛一亮；至于拍摄于我国大陆和台湾、港、澳地区的作品，更是美不胜收，如带我们遍游神州大地。他的天赋勤奋，给了他丰厚的报偿；他以审美的哲学目光，摄取平凡生活的不平凡；他以心灵的感悟，记录了流动时空的永恒性。通过人与野生动物的和谐相处，通过儿童的天真无邪的情态，通过大自然美景的展现，通过战争与和平的憎爱，通过古老和现代的交会，既感受到摄影者的价值取向，也以镜头向我们昭示了他的审美才能。
他非常重视企业文化，热情支持职工的文艺创作和业余摄影活动，他所在的单位每年都要搞一两次摄影作品展，每季度都要评选摄影角的优秀作品，加上其它多种文化门类的配合，把公司搞得生机勃勃、有声有色，被中央文明办和国务院纠风办确定为“全国创建文明行业示范点”。他本人是中国摄影协会会员、中国艺术摄影学会会员，被选为重庆市摄影家协会副主席。
蒲自庆一向信奉这样的哲学：生命的真谛在于自强不息，生活的意义在于不停地创作。创造性的思维，创造性地工作，才能活出生命的质量。
他是企业家，也是名符其实的摄影家。
坚信他，能源无尽，如地层下的燃气喷发！

Twinkling Vs Eternity (Preface 1)
Lavas,waterfalls,and flying sprays,
So many marvellous spectacles,beyong describing;
So unstrained and natural,travelers like water,
So lovely bright sunny day,
Enjoying water-drop curtains hanging up on the chiff,
This poem is composed to match the photography 襑aterfalls Dancing in the Air? The author and photographer is the same person- Mr.Pu Ziqing-both a senior energy expert and scholar businessman.
Born in September, 1944 and brought up in an ordinary working family, he underwent all kinds of hardships during childhood. In school days, he was a students of good character and fine scholarship. Graduated from Chongqing University, he worked in enterprises, institutions and government organizations in succession. He was the deputy to the Second Session of Chongqing Municipal People's Congress and a member of Financial and Economic Committee. Now he works in Chongqing Gas Group Co. Ltd as chairman of board and general manager and at the same time he holds several social posts such as vice chairman of City Gas Association of China, executive vice chairman of Chongqing Gas Association, and director of China Energy Research Society. He is the chief author of Strategic Plan for Chongqing Energy Development. He compiled and published Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection,The Comparative Investigation of Engrgy Application between China and EEC and Japan, etc. He won major science and technology awards of provincial and ministerial levels many times and attended the First Session of China Science Conference. Advancing with the time, Chongqing Gas Group Co. Ltd has achieved great successes one after another and become the top of the same kind enterprises. As one of the 30 expanding enterprises with advantages in Chongqing, Chongqing Gas Group Co. Ltd holds opening up and constant innovation as its most treasured spirit. It is just Pu Ziqing, the soul of the corporation that advocates and represents this spirit. With his correct orientation and management idea for gas industry and enterprise, Mr.Pu leads the corporation to step on the road of sound development and to make great progress in spiritual and material civilization.
Loving for photography,he is preoccupied with reading and studying photographic book and picture albums to improve his photographic techniques as long as he is free. For comprehending life, he goes deep among the various stratums and fields of social life to persistently practice and explore photography so as to perfect himself and acquire genuine knowledge.
In so few years, he has achieved great successes in the field of photography due to his great interest and unswerving pursuit of photography, keen power of understanding, and good grounding in culture. In spring of 2001, a special photographic exhibition was held for him successfully by Chongqing Photographers Society, which attracted several media and was well received by both experts and viewers. Before and after this event, he won golden and silver medals in provincial or city competitions because of many of his works. Photography is an art of 襡ye-witness? thus nothing can be achieved unless one is personally on the scene. He is good at making full use of spare time and business trips to capture photographic subjects. Always taking heavy photographic equipment, he manages to snatch a second to take some photos. Especially on long holidays he is always keeping his finger on the shutter, reluctant to miss any scenes. He often works from dawn to dusk, getting up to look for scenes while other people still falling asleep in early morning.
Those hard-earned beautiful photos taken in the United States, Canada, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Australia, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Democratic People's Republic of Korea make viewers' eyes shining. Other ones taken in mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao are of dazzling splendor. Enjoying them, one seems to travel all over China. Both his talent and diligence rewarded him much. He explores the uncommonness from ordinary life with aesthetic sight of philosophy. He records the eternity of flowing time and space with soul's awareness. Through the themes expressed in his photos, such as harmonious living between man and wild animals, children's innocence and purity, beautiful natural scenes, love for peace and hatred for wars, mergence of the ancient with the modern, we can discern both the photographer's value orientation and talent in aesthetics.
He attaches great importance to corporation culture, enthusiastically supporting employees to engage in literary, especially artistic creation and amateur photographic activities. Photographic exhibition is held one or two times each year in his unit and fine works are selected each quarter of year. These photographic activities, together with other cultural ones, enliven the unit which was ranked as "Example of National Civilization-progress Trade" by Central Committee's Civilization Office and State Council's Office of Checking Unhealthy Tendencies. He was elected as a member of China Photographic Experts?Association, member of China Artistic Photography Society and vice chairman of Chongqing Photographers Society.
He sets it as his tenet that the essence of life lies in striving unceasingly to become stronger, the meaning of life lies in constant creation. Only thinking and working creatively does a person live with high quality.
He is an entrepreneur and also a veritable photographer.
