欣闻凯文同志的画册《时光涌动》，今日付梓出版，可喜可贺！
天地与我并生，万物与我为一。摄影作为一门视觉艺术，蕴含着对自然、社会、人生的深切感悟。《时光涌动》正是对光影在时空中涌动的记录，作者把对大自然的挚爱融入每一幅作品中，也溢于字里行间。
凯文同志在公务之余，坚持数年利用长假进行摄影创作，攀登雪山之巅，跋涉千里边境，抗御零下四十多度严寒，穿行无人区原始森林，以摄影人的视角，解读着人与自然的情结，抒发着对大自然的热恋。他坚持在摄影艺术的海洋里不断探索和追寻，爱自然与爱摄影互生互动，融合成一种强烈的召唤：“召唤是一棵树，斜阳中雪印连成坚实的攀登”；“召唤是山头的云，莫让影子嘲笑停步的主人”；“召唤是清晨第一缕阳光，激励我去拉住高空中掠过的风”
天道酬勤。大爱才能有所作为，虔敬才能取得成功。《时光涌动》记录着作者摄影之路前行的脚印，愿他以此为新的起点，继续开创，拍出更多更好的作品。

Preface
It’s really gratifying to hear that Comrade Kaiwen’s photo album Time Is Streaming is published today.
The universe lives with me in symbiosis, and everything coexists with me as a whole. As a visual art, photography contains people’s deep realization on nature, society and life. Time Is Streaming, in which the author integrates his love of nature into each production as well as into words, is exactly the record of light and shadow streaming in time and space.
In addition to his official duties, Kaiwen has taken advantage of his long vacations to persist in photographic creation for a few years. During his photographic creation, he always climbs snowy mountains, trudges through long borders, fights against chill environment of less than minus 40 degrees Celsius, travels primeval forests without human, reads the plot of human beings and nature and expresses his love of nature from the angle of a photographer. He perseveres in exploration and pursuit in the ocean of photographic art, and loves nature and photography interactively, which fuses into a strong vocation: “vocation is a tree, forming firm ascent together with snow footprints in the setting sun”; “vocation is clouds over mountains, stopping shadow deriding the host’s pause”; “vocation is the first sunshine in early morning, stimulating me to hold the wind flowing through air”...
The God rewards diligent people. Only great love can contribute to achievement, and only devoutness can result in success. Time Is Streaming records the author’s forward footprints in the photographic road, and I hope he can take this as his new beginning and keep on going for more and better works.
