淄博市人民政府市长 周清利
继2008年《生态淄博—森林篇》摄影画册出版发行之后，其姊妹篇《生态淄博—湿地篇》又与大家见面了。这对于展示我市生态建设新成就，激励全市上下热爱家乡秀美山川，更好的保护和建设生态家园具有重要意义。
湿地是重要的生态系统，被称作“地球之肾”，具有涵养水源、调节气候、净化水质和保护生物多样性等多重功能，是生态环境建设的重要方面。近年来，全市各级深入贯彻落实科学发展观，紧紧围绕建设生态和谐宜居城市的奋斗目标，不断加大对湿地资源的保护力度，湿地生态修复工程、湿地进城工程取得明显成效。
着力建设生态文明，扎实推进资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设，对于淄博老工业城市新的转型发展具有特殊重要的意义，也是需要全市上下为之付出艰苦努力的长期战略任务。全市各级各部门都要从自身职能出发，积极参与湿地保护和建设，努力推动生态文明建设不断取得更大成效。
《生态淄博—湿地篇》用独特的视角，展现了我市湿地一年四季各具特色的自然风光，反映了我市生态环境发生的巨大变化。相信它的出版发行，在宣传我市丰富旅游资源、良好发展环境的同时，对于增强全社会生态环保意识、推动我市经济社会科学发展、和谐发展必将起到积极的促进作用。祝愿淄博的山更绿、水更清、天更蓝、气更爽！祝愿淄博的明天更美好！

Following in the picture photography published in 2008，the companion section of has also been published; it is of importance to show the new construction achievements of Ecotypic Zibo and encourage all Zibo people to love our beautiful homeland and better protect and build our ecological homeland.
Wetlands are an important ecological system，which may be called as the "kidney" of the earth and may play multiple functions such as water conservation，adjusting the climate，purifying water quality and protect biodiversity and which shall be an important aspect of the ecological environment construction. In recent years，all Zibo people are further performing the scientific development view and continuously intensify the protection strength to the wetland resources in view of the construction goal of building our ecological，harmony，harmonious and livable city; therefore，we have made remarkable progress in the wetland ecological restoration project and wetland construction in the city project.
Focusing on the construction of ecological civilization and effectively promoting the resource conservation and environment friendly society construction shall be of special importance for the Zibo being one old industrial city to carry out the new transformation development; and it is a long-term strategic task which need Zibo people to pay great efforts. Our departments at all levels should start from our own functions，actively participate the wetland protection and construction and promote constantly the greater progress in the construction of ecological civilization.

I believe may make good propaganda of our abundant tourism resources and good development environment and it may play for sure the positive promotion role of enhancing the social ecological environmental protection consciousness and promoting our economic and social scientific and harmonious development. I wish the mountain will be much green，the water will be much clean，the sky will be much blue and air is more fresh in Zibo! May Zibo have a better future!
