　　上海大学美术学院书记、院长
　　这几年，上大美院提出了“三出”（出作品、出理论、出人才）的办院主张和“都市美院”的学院定位。对于美术学院，学术主张和站位是最原本的。美院举办年度展的目的，就是要不同学术主张站出来，凡是有学术主张的作品，都可以参展，让年度展呈现美术学院的多元格局。我们强调多元，是有主张、有学术观点的多元，不是凑数。我们办展给谁看，倒过来说就是选什么作品？本届年度展策展人李晓峰认为以“形象的对视”为题就是“互看”，在形象滥觞的当代重新审视“形象”，并用形象解读和诠释人的真相、世界的真相。
　　作为当代美院艺术精神的审视，“对视”的眼睛有神、自信，所以首届年度展我们首先下大决心完成了上大美院的展厅改造，改建成一个更加适合艺术展览的专业性展厅，美院的展厅不仅是个展示空间，更是一个专业的媒介，回归学术的殿堂，藉此建立美院人的学术自尊、艺术自信、文化自觉，并通过策展人机制的运用，以及明确的展览主题、学术框架、艺术倾向和整体形态予以呈现。
　　我很赞同首届美院年度展以学院造型艺术的当代性为侧重，这也是上大美院近年来非常重视的一块工作，更是与我们所处的上海这座城市联系最为密切的一个部分。相比全国的其他美术学院，上海大学美术学院几乎是最年轻的，学术专业的积累沉淀相对不足，但又有一个独具的优势，就是依托上海的地缘优势，而且，上大美院成立以来的成长，恰恰是伴随了上海改革开放的历史进程，上大美院与都市的文化、都市的命运紧密相连。现在，我们美院已经具备了美术学、设计学、艺术学的硕士和一级博士点，以及市级、国家级平台……剩下的是如何加强内涵，练内功，完善体制和机制的建设，这些关系到美院如何树起学术旗帜，承担起什么角色。美院年度展，正是这样的背景下应运而生的，期盼用我们的专业和学术成果改变我们的现状与地位。

　　For years，the three achievements have been put forward by Shanghai University College of Fine Art（SUCFA），which are art practice，art theory and art talents.Our college is located in metropolitan-orient.For our college，the basic elements are academic opinion and position.Annul exhibition intends to open to all the staff in our collage and who has great art talent.Exhibition will accept different art opinions and will present collage multivariate circumstance.We force on multi-opinion which accepts different academic view in art，and care about quality not quantity.Who is audience？Depend on what kind of art works will be chosen for this show. The curator of this annual exhibition thinks that The Image in Mutual Contemplation means eye to eye.Today，the overflowing images should be taken a new look.And the new figures will explain the truth.
　　SUCFA is an academic institution where insists on leading position and professional manipulation.As the spirit of arts，the mutual contemplation should be confidence.In the first annul exhibition，we have determined to renewal the Gallery of CFA where will become professional art space for contemporary art show.Today，almost art institutions have exhibition hall，but the attitude of exhibition hall have be changed.It is not only art space for showing artwork but also is institution’s window towards society.So institution art space self becomes a media for drumbeating.In addition，we should take advantage of curatorial mechanism，and demand the annual exhibition possess clear theme，academic framework，art tendency and overall form.
　　As I thought first annual exhibition’s theme have to focuses on the contemporary art.It is not only paid great attention by us，but also is a closest point attaching to Shanghai today.Compare to other art institution，SUCFA is young and academic accumulate relatively weakness.However，we have a unique geographical advantage，is located in Shanghai.The growth of the SUCFA would be following Development of Shanghai.So，SUCFA is closely linked urban culture and city destiny.Today，we obtain all the qualification of having fine arts，design studying，national standard platform and so on.Besides，we should put all our plans into practice，setting mechanism，completing mechanism，which relate to the academic targets.In this background，the annul exhibition emerged.We wish our academic achievements will change our current situation and status.
