从天府广场出发，一路向西，映入人们眼帘的全是鳞次栉比的高楼大厦。跨过三环路后，就是成都著名的生态大道——光华大道。在光华大道的绿树和鲜花中穿行，不多会儿就可到达充满温馨和温情的好地方——温江。

Charming Wenjiang
All the way west from Tianfu Square, row upon row of high raises jump into our eyes. Across the 3rd Ring Road, there comes a famous ecological avenue in Chengdu, Guanghua Avenue. Traveling among trees and flowers on Guanghua Road, soon we’ll arrive at a cozy and warm place, Wenjiang.
Wenjiang, one of nine district of Chengdu City, is an important part of Wen-Pi-Du National Eco-demonstration Region. Wenjiang has a long historical standing and is a place propitious for giving birth to great men. Here, the ecological environment is richly endowed by nature; the location is predominant; the economic and social development grows rapid; and urban and rural development is remarkably coordinated.
It is a charming land with 130,000 Mu of exotic flowers and rare herbs contending in fragrance and fascination. A modern world garden city demonstration region with its unique ecological garden features is rising sharply now.
It is a rich land, of which the comprehensive strength stays in top 10 of Sichuan Province for 12 years and the comprehensive indexes ranks national top 100 for six years.
It is a rigorous land. Four thousand years ago, ancient Shu State was given birth to. Today, an open Wenjiang has already become an international garden city and won many praise and honor, namely, Global Ecology and Environmental Protection Outstanding Achievement Award by United Nations, International Best Practices in Human Settlements and “Influence China • Featured Charming City”.

Guanghua Avenue, Furong Avenue, Chengdu-Wenjiang-Qionglai Express and Chengdu Subway Line No.4 under construction fully show unique location goodness of Wenjiang.
