　　卷首语
　　最近，人们讨论的比较集中的话题，是关于艺术市场的泡沫问题。而所谓“泡沫”，又大致集中在当代艺术部分。说得再透一点，是那些在上世纪90年代尚在“主流”的边缘挣扎的被认为是不着调的艺术，突然间枯木逢春，在学术和市场上均受宠，并一路高歌风光尽揽，不遭人眼热才怪。对于那些动辄千万数千万的部分作品价格的争议，其实与当事作者无关，与普通百姓无关。有问题，自会在市场法则中得到矫正，没有必要大呼小叫紧张过度。值得注意的是，那些说“泡沫”的人，往往是享受了几十年的文化体制福利，在利益集团的大锅里捞过太多的实惠，久而久之，懒惰成性，思想萎缩，能力退化。这类人，极易在当下的经济文化浪潮中被抛下，并产生不健康的过激反应。有一个事实需要强调，计划经济模式虽已远去，但对有些人而言，艺术计划经济的错觉思维仍然存在，在这种病态思维的惯性下，对发展中的事物产生抵触情绪，似可理解。但若这种情绪不断恶化成为阻力，却是不可大意的。
　　艺术教育，虽是老生常谈，但正是在不断地“谈”和实践中，它在不断变化中进步。我们面临的问题还很多，不断地正视和解决问题，应该是我们存在的理由。本辑将展开新一轮的相关问题的讨论，也欢迎读者加入进来。而与艺术教育相呼应的是，当代艺术由过去的边缘化，正日趋主流化。这期间，各种话题目不暇接，讨论也肯定会继续下去。
