付洛同志是青海果洛藏族自治州久治县人，中国摄影家协会会员，青海省摄影家协会副主席，青海省农牧民摄影学会副主席，国家高级摄影师。我与付洛同志同乡，在三十余年的工作生活中有着笃厚的同志情感，对其以镜头观看果洛、聚焦生活、浓缩情感、积淀思维、表达情愫的恬淡态度和孜孜情怀，羡慕至极，感受至深。在付洛同志摄影作品集结出版之际，邀我写序，除感盛情难却之外，也为自己不谙摄影艺术而遗憾不已，匆忙之余，促笔成此文。
摄影作品是留存老风景、反映新时光、体验新感觉、表达新情感的一种最好方式。付洛同志三十多年的牧区经历和多个领导岗位的历练不断砥砺了他积极乐观的身心，也不断淬火着他的艺术光芒。他以一种孜孜跋涉者的奋发和漫游者的平淡，以热爱生活的情怀和深邃的眼光记录了他所熟悉的一切，把自己的岁月带入到这些作品中，使其作品成为他生命中不可或缺的一部分，而构成了他个人对这片土地挚爱的底色。美轮美奂的作品，鲜活的艺术生命，更是心灵无限细腻、无限雄浑、无限灵性、无限飞扬的精彩浓缩，对于世人更加了解果洛，更加向往三江源，更加凝结民族情感，更加踔厉奋发，将产生深远的影响。在用心浏览了付洛同志的摄影作品后，给我的直接感受是幅幅摄影意蕴独到，令人惊叹，件件作品彰显学识深厚，功力上乘，使我不仅看到了果洛特殊的文化、民族和自然地理座标，从全新的视觉感味三江之源的独特生态和雄丽大美，而且让我心旷神怡，萌动了许多启示，惊喜和回味。窃以为，但凡膜拜欣赏过这些作品的人们都有这样的感受，虽艺术的感染和熏陶因人而异，但心灵的触动会在瞬间使人们对爱的肯定、美的张力在脑际复活，拓印出心灵萦怀的神往，继而从欣赏的角度、观瞻后的愉悦，定格为深沉而真实的情感厚积，转化为对美好山河的精神仰慕。
岁月不居，天道酬勤。付洛同志摄影作品与视角新颖独到，匠心别具，特别是保持了生活的真实感，艺术再现了生活的原貌，刻意诠释了天人合一、人类和谐的理念，充分展示了果洛自然景观、人文历史、宗教意蕴和民族文化的多样性，拉近了人们对自然的亲切感，对文化的认同感，对精神的归属感。行走于斯、沉思于斯，蓦然顿悟，有这样的摄影造诣，缘于其累年文化修为，经年纯熟坚持，厚积薄发。这是我对付洛同志热爱故土、展现大美、弘扬文化的由衷评价。
对付洛同志作品作这样的评论，以期引发广大读者对摄影作品作为一种源于人类精神世界的创造性生产力的普遍意识，成为建设富裕文明新果洛的有效载体，就是本人以此文忝为序的真实意图所在。

Mr. Fu Luo is from Jiuzhi County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous District, Qinghai Province. He is not only a member of the Photographer’s Association of China, but Vice-Chairman of the Photographer’s Association of Qinghai Province, and the Vice-Chairman of the Farmers and Herdsmen’s Photographer’s Association of Qinghai Province as well. I am a fellow countryman of Mr. Fu Luo's and we have known each other for over thirty years. I admire him and feel deeply touched by his diligence as a photographer. In preparing his photograph album for publication, Mr. Fu Luo has asked me to write a Preface for it. Although I know little about photography, I am pleased to have this opportunity to express my feelings about his collection of photographs.
Photography is the best means to record the scenes that are disappearing, to reflect the changes that are happening around us, and to express one’s feelings. A photographer’s work can usually reflect the character of the photographer. Fu Luo’s enthusiasm, vigour, optimism and love of life show through in his photographs. His life and experiences have shaped these photographs, which have been created by his artistic skill. Fu Luo’s works allow people to know Guoluo better and the unique ecological environment of the source land of the Three Rivers, and they strengthen the unity between different nationalities in this area. His wonderful photographs have won my admiration, and made me feel the grandeur of my homeland more deeply. I believe that everybody who looks at Fu Luo’s photographs will have the same feeling.
Mr. Fu Luo’s photographic works are original and novel. They artistically reflect authentic views of life, illustrating the theory that man is an integral part of nature and should live in harmony with it. The natural landscape, human history and religious cultures of the Guoluo area are all displayed in Fu Luo’s album. Through his camera he shows his love of his homeland, the great beauty of nature and the spread of the grassland culture. For all of this I admire him, and because of this I am honored to write this Preface for Mr. Fu Luo’s photograph album.
